Courier Exchange Pricing 2026
Courier Exchange membership is not free — you pay a monthly subscription plus per-job fees. Understanding the pricing structure before signing up lets you model whether the platform will pay back more than it costs.
Membership Tiers
CX offers several tiers from an entry-level plan (limited daily bids, fewer premium loads) to a full professional membership with unlimited bidding and enhanced load visibility. Most active couriers need at least the mid-tier to access enough loads to cover the monthly fee.
Transaction Fees
In addition to the monthly subscription, CX charges a small transaction fee on each completed job — typically 1–2% of the job value. On a £100 load this is £1–£2, which is negligible if you are completing multiple loads per week.
Break-Even Calculation
If your monthly membership costs £150 and transaction fees add £20, you need to earn at least £170 extra per month from CX loads just to break even. At a typical £1.50–£2.00/mile rate, that is roughly 85–115 extra miles of paid work per month — achievable with just 2–3 loads.
