Amazon Flex FAQ
Amazon Flex lets you deliver Amazon parcels using your own vehicle. You pick up blocks from a local depot and follow a pre-planned route.
How much does Amazon Flex pay in the UK?
Amazon Flex UK pays a fixed rate per block, typically £13–£15/hr depending on your area and block type. Rates can vary by depot and time of day.
What vehicle do I need for Amazon Flex?
You need a car, van, or cargo bike. Larger vehicles can accept larger blocks. Your vehicle must be in good condition and you must have valid insurance including hire and reward cover.
How do Amazon Flex blocks work?
Blocks are scheduled delivery shifts. You claim them via the app. Each block typically lasts 2–5 hours and covers a set delivery route from your nearest depot.
Do I need courier insurance for Amazon Flex?
Yes — standard car insurance does not cover delivery work. You need hire and reward (H&R) insurance, which you arrange independently before delivering.
